HOW TO PURCHASE ORDERS
To avoid mistakes, by sending an order form whether type-written or not, using fax or direct mail as following conditions:

PRICES
Get a free estimate or check our prices and special discounts in attached letter. Tariff modifications could be introduced, previous communication notice because of the instability of raw material pricing.

We deliver our products in all Spain to customer's address. If the delivery address would be different, we will charge a supplement.

We used covenant special conditions of delivery with our customers for abroad destinations.

GENERAL GUARANTEE TERMS
All our products are covered by a 5 years Manufacture guarantee.

If a manufacturing fault develops within the 5 years guarantee it will be replaced and sent back free of charge once verified by our Technical Support staff. Any fault due to misuse or accidental damage will be chargeable.

We assume no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any damage suffered result of using wrong instruments, bad or wrong manipulation, if abrasive products as detergents, oils, etc. are being used.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURN
All returned products will be tested by our technical team to determine whether the part is defective or not. We cannot accept a return after the first 15 days after delivery.  

If agreement the amount will be deduced from next paiements.
